Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure candidate and constituency data is accurate, we cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Candidate lists are subject to change. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed on this platform.

Data We Collect

For the Prediction Game, all your prediction data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly share or submit. For the Fantasy League, we collect your name and phone number at the time of team submission to maintain the leaderboard.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. This helps us understand how features are used and where we can improve. PostHog collects anonymised usage data such as page views, button clicks, and session duration. No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics events unless you explicitly provide it.

No Tracking or Selling

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or fingerprinting. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

Prediction data in localStorage is retained until you clear your browser data. Fantasy League submissions (name and phone) are retained for the duration of the game season and deleted after final scores are published.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your Fantasy League submission by contacting us directly. Your localStorage data can be deleted by clearing your browser storage at any time.

Free Service

Ente Mandalam is a free service. There is no charge, no premium tier, and no monetary prize offered for any game mode. All features are available to all users at no cost.

Game of Skill

Ente Mandalam is a game of knowledge, political awareness, and skill. It is not gambling. No monetary stakes are involved, and no financial outcome depends on your participation. Rankings and scores are for entertainment and bragging rights only.

User-Generated Content

All predictions, team selections, and shared content are user-generated. By submitting a Fantasy League team or sharing a prediction, you confirm that you are a real individual participating in good faith. Automated submissions, bots, and coordinated manipulation are prohibited.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any disruption to the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
